1. The service

easy.EVplug provides AC EV charging through 7.4 kW wallboxes installed at partner hotels, offices, residential complexes and standalone stores across India.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, have a valid payment instrument linked to your bank account, and use the service for a legal purpose.

3. Account & responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must follow the safety instructions printed on each charger and stop the session immediately if you notice damage, smoke, unusual heat, or any visual fault.

4. Tariffs

The tariff applicable to your session is shown on the charger detail screen before you start. Tariffs may differ by location and by time of day. We will not change the tariff mid-session.

5. Payment

easy.EVplug uses UPI One-Time Mandate (OTM) through our payment partner PayU. When you start a session, your bank authorises a maximum amount (the "block"). After the session ends, only the actual energy delivered × the tariff is debited from your bank. The unused block is automatically released by your bank.

6. Charging session rules

• Maximum session duration: 12 hours.
• You must unplug within 30 minutes after the session ends, otherwise an idle-fee may apply.
• Do not leave hazardous material or valuables in the vehicle while it is at a charger.

7. Safety & liability

easy.EVplug installs chargers that comply with IEC 61851-1 and IEC 61851-21-2 and that have built-in residual-current protection (Type A + DC 6 mA) and over-temperature shutdown. However, the vehicle's onboard charger, battery, and cable are the manufacturer's responsibility. We are not liable for damage that originates inside your vehicle.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Tajalli Tech Private Limited's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 90 days before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a user who misuses the service, attempts to damage hardware, or violates these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
